Hello All,

Mizuno will be hosting a golf tournament at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club on the 4th April 2011.
Lunch will be at 12pm followed by an afternoon of golf teeing off from 1pm. The cost for the day will be £30 per head, which includes your lunch and green fee.

If you wish to participate in the tournament please PM my inbox with your full name and email address. We will be sending out further details about the tournament next week.

Please note that only one member may enter the tournament at any one time. I look forward to seeing you all there.

Thanks

Sam

We have a solid 22 people paid up now. Will confirm final numbers with Bearwood next week. Fingers crossed for good weather. The course looks fantastic at the moment.

Can anyone recommend an accommodation nearby the Bearwood Club? I will have to stay overnight from Monday to Tuesday?

Re: Forum Golf Day - 4th April at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club

Depends on your budget. On the higher end, there's a good Holiday Inn very close. Also a place called The Moat House.

There are Travel Lodges and Premier Lodges in the area as well.

We did check with Chris......but he couldn't make it. So will have to make do with a good course, nice lunch and hopefully good company.

Re: Forum Golf Day - 4th April at Bearwood Lakes Golf Club

This is either a sensible idea or, due to the fact I'm a bit sleep deprived and my judgment is shot, a complete waste of time. How about some stick on name badges with our forum names on for the event? I just thought it might save me saying 31 times "and you are...?"

Am I overthinking things? I realise we're all adults so I won't in any way be offended if you laugh at me (on this occasion)
