Hi all
Just come back to Mizuno and love the ST180 driver.
However my purchase of the Golf Tour Cart Bag has left me totally underwhelmed for many reasons mainly
The arrogance of Customer Service to ignore emails even those addressed to xxxxxxxxx.
This bag has rivets marked Mizuno through the top cuff and not only are they bare inside the bag that can
Damage your graphite shafts, but because they are not fitted flat inside they WILL DAMAGE YOUR SHAFTS.
This is a production fault and I have invited Customer Services to inspect their stock.
NO REPLY, AT £230 for this bag I am not impressed.

1. The rivets should be covered inside the bag or form the cuff over them
2. They should be flat at the very least.

Ron

Hi - what email address did you send to? We don't have any emails.

Please could you post a pic of the bag so we know which one you're discussing? Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response.
I sent the emails to sales@mizuno.co.uk

Photo attached, if you put your fingers inside the cuff you can feel the rivets, which do not lie flat as they have not been lined up properly, and there is no protection on them.

That's the Pro Cart Bag - thanks. Where did you get that email address - to the best of our knowledge it's non existent and not published anywhere (no arrogance involved). Here's the official contact list. https://golf.mizunoeurope.com/contact/

We'll get back to you on the bag.

Hi
The email address is NOT published on your site contact details, so I rang Wockingham and they gave me the email address.

cap.JPG cap.JPG We took a look at one of the bags here. If these are the caps you mean - yes, we found them. The ones here do sit pretty flush to the bag. But more importantly the padding bulges out further than the cap - so there's no way of the shaft making contact with the metal. If yours are different and the shaft can make contact - please take the bag back to your retailer and they'll make an assessment.

Ok - good to know. Glad it didn't come from us. It's not an email address that's ever been in use - so please don't be offended that no one replied.

Could you take a picture of the rivets in question - and what position they are related to a top cuff view please? Have they actually damaged your shafts - or are you just concerned that they might?

Hi,
Yes those are the caps, you chose to photograph near the side handles where the cuff is flat.
The MAIN problem is where the Woods are kept and the rivets or caps are on a curve.
I am not concerned that they might cause damage, because without question THEY WILL.
I bought the bag from Golfonline, so it is not practicable to send it back.
