Don't want to scare you guys, but I was at the range tonight and hit nearly as many good shots as bad ones! I even managed not to slice a drive! At this rate I might not lose all my balls on the first round...

I would like to put it on record that today was one of my favourite away days in my golfing life. Chris organised it brilliantly. Tony & Jeremy were excellent playing partners. The rest of the guys could not have been more welcoming. The course was a bitch, but I loved it! Finally the prize I won was awesome, the S5 wedge. Hope to see you all soon.

I think it is fair to say the course won the day, it was playing very tough and the length of rough meant we ( I in particular) left a large number of pristine Mizuno balls out there.

Thanks to everyone for coming and making it a fun weekend, it was really fun.
