#2, not to the tips, but if the tee markers are ridiculously short, I'll go a little further back to play it more realistically.
#20 Sure. Say Im inside 80m and I reach for my ever so trusty wedge, I should be able to hit that shot 4/5 times at least on line and within 15-20ft. If I pull it 40ft left, and its still on the green, Im not going to be happy. Whats wrong with that?? 40ft is 3 putt territory for me.

Five, but one or two particularly shameful ones. 3, 7, 13, 16 & 19.
3 & 13 tend for me to be about not wanting people to think I've fluked the shot but after this topic I can now see that it can easily come accross as 'nobbish'. I can't stop myself with number 19 as it's become engrained as part of my pre shot routine, surely you can let me off with this trifling matter?!
I was toying with buying a "Warmalite" head warmer, but after this I don't think I've a thick enough skin to pull it off ;-)
