Does anyone know anything abut the build process and quality control applied to the ‘mass’ produced Mizuno clubs that hit retailers shelves?
Reason I ask it that for the JPX FLI-HI, one of the stock options I have seen on the shelf is the Nippon NS Pro 950GH NEO shaft, which is the same one I got fitted for in my JPX 921 Forged irons (G-5).
We have all seen the videos online showing the level of QC and inspection at the UK / Europe custom facility in Scotland…just wondering if the same QC goes into the mass produced stuff, e.g. swingweighting etc.
The only difference between this ‘off the shelf’ version of the JPX FLI-HI hybrid and if I were to place a custom fit order would be the grip (TV Align vs the stock Lamkin ST +2) so it would seem crazy to have to wait for a custom built one, given current timelines, purely for a grip which I can change myself in a year or so….
