A seller on Fly-B is advertising the Mizuno shaft adaptors for sale and he was providing the following fitting info,

Mizuno ST190 LH Adaptor – Quick Switch adjustable shaft sleeve design allows player to optimize their trajectory.
Dexterity – Right Handed
Mizuno ST190 Quick Switch driver adaptor sleeve compatible with:
JPX-850 Driver
JPX-900 Driver
GT-180 Driver
ST-180 Driver
ST-190 Driver
ST-190G Driver
ST-200 Driver
ST-200G Driver
ST-200X Driver

So if his info is correct then yes you can use your ST190 shaft adaptor in the ST200 driver head.

Thanks John - I'd sort of seen something similar myself and it seems to be correct, was really hoping that a fitter or Mizuno employee might be able to confirm. There seems to be very little info on the adaptors on the website...

Still waiting for my new ST200 TS 3 wood to arrive, wont get it until after the Mizuno factory gets back to building clubs though.
