Normally any issues - pop the clubs back to us and we'll check on our machines. The staff in Scotland are pretty good on detail - we've had the same manager for many years and they are incredibly detail orientated. It's a regular scenario for someone to think their clubs are 'off' - but be ok when we check on our machines. Sometimes they are oit and we'll sort it out.
Right now we're experiencing some very heavy traffic on orders, so probably not the best time to send anything back for checking. Not in normal times at the moment and fighting our way through it on many fronts. Fortunate to be in an industry that's done ok through COVID - but we are creaking under the sheer traffic of orders, queries etc.
