I subscribe to the email list from the St Andrews Trust. This announcement came out yesterday, so you guys who might have the opportunity to play the Old reversed like it's original configuration, here's your chance.

OLD COURSE REVERSED IS BACK​

St Andrews Links Trust is excited to announce the return of the Old Course Reversed in April 2025. This will be another chance to experience the historic links in both its clockwise and anti-clockwise layouts.

Sorry to hear you couldn't play it backwards. As familiar as I've become with the Old, being an infatuated study of mine, the reversed course is the one thing there is just so little information about. Even the internet doesn't offer much in reviews about people having played it.
