Hello Mizuno fans.

Sadly my mum is not in great health now and we are downsizing to a smaller 1 storey place.

It means I have to get rid of of lot of my collection, both golf and music gear.

Is anyone interested in my MP14 blades?

I spent a lot of money restoring them to new... new shafts and grips.... heads fully stripped back, refinished and rechromed with copper layer between the steel and chrome, lofts and lies calibrated, harmonic balanced and swingweights all set to D1.

Standard length.

All done be a professional restorer, the heads were rechromed by a company that does rechroming for vintage Bentleys and Jaguars.

Anyway please see the attached link.

I am prepared to ship, the terms of this can be discussed if I get any interest.

The price has to be firm I am afraid, with very slight room for manoevre. I have spent a great deal you see, the irons were 400 back in the day.... shafts and grips 300
.. head restoration 350.

They are the famous "Tiger irons" with which he won his 3 US Amateurs with and his first Masters in 97

(Well the 5 to PW were.... the 2,3,4 were MP29, but hey lets not split hairs eh? Ha ha 😅😅)

Thanks guys.

Please note, if you reply to me via my e-mail the address is no longer... stevej.smith@talktalk.net... this address is now obselete

My current address ... stephensmithxkr@gmail.com

Thanks guys

Kind Regards

Steve.

PS - The shafts are TT DG R300, firm enough for anyone under 100mph driver swing speed

Sorry to hear about your mother Steve. I hope things work out for the best.
Thanks Den

She has had a pacemaker fitted, so hope that will help..

Hope you are well in Sunny Florida..

No interest in the 14s even at rock bottom asking price.

Stuff it, I will just keep them and game them in mid summer. Top line like a butter knife and sole like a nail file.

Oh man, some of Faldo's drillers with tiny little TP11 2iron in the late 80's and Jack's long irons and Hogan with the 1 iron. Its a lost art now Den. I saw Jack and Nick, but never saw Ben.

But in my book they are the greatest long iron players.

Things in "sunny Florida" are good, thanks...

I got a Pacemaker a year ago after my Fitbit said my sleeping heart rate had been only 30 beats per minute. My overall sleep patterns have improved a lot and I feel a lot better. Hopefully, your Mom will enjoy the same results I have. It can make a huge improvement in the quality of life.

Hi Steve ... Sorry to hear about your mum & that you are having to sell some of your golf & music collection to help?
I will give my Mizuno man a ring tomorrow - He sometimes has people asking him to look out for the older Mizuno clubs?
I also think I passed you details of another guy who runs a blog about the old Mizuno kit (Dave Greenshields)
If you need his contact details, let me know

Regards
Paul
