MP 60`s

Helo guys,

Just a question, any of you guys played the MP60`s , ? how did you find them ?

I have the MP60's 4 to PW with Matrix Studio 74 graphite shafts. I bought then 2nd hand in 2009. They were an ideal combination for the types of courses I was playing, parkland and heathland, with a good flight and pretty consistent distances. When I moved to a Links course I was OK in a light breeze but I tended to spin the ball too much in stronger winds. On a nice wind free day I occasionally take the 7 to PW out but the faces are getting very worn.

Hi Stewart ... The MP60's are one of MANY Mizuno irons I have used over the years - I would describe them as solid irons that play like blades with a bit more forgiveness? - If you like to work the ball with a fade or a draw they should work nicely for you - I found this online review which gives some technical data & someone else's opinion of how they play (probably not THE Phil Mickelson however?)

Well took the plunge and bought the MP `60s, 3-pw +60dg MP-R wedge, Picked them up to-day and they are clean and in god condition the face and grooves are
not worn so much plenty left on them, just going to check the loft / lie and length, The grips ceaned up very well. might have to change them as they are midsize
and I use std.
