Hi

I got fitted for some Hot Metal Pro start of May and placed the order. 1 degree upright 1/4 inch longer shaft

i got told 5-6 weeks now reading could be 3 months

Who is right? and if 3 months can order be cancelled?

I ordered mine on 4/8 and received today (5/24). It’s worth the wait.

Matt, I feel your pain, I was fitted and promised that I would receive my Hot Metal irons in 5 weeks. Well, I was told they have no idea when I will get them. The order was placed April 7th. It’s terrible customer service, didn’t figure out if it’s the dealer who fitted me or Mizuno’s fault. I live in NEPA but have a trip to Myrtle Beach in 2 weeks. I have zero confidence that I will get them. Good Luck.

You can cancel your order until they start making your clubs from what I was told by the local rep. The delay with my irons (JPS921 forged) was because they were out of the 6 & 7 iron heads. Ask your fitter to contact the local rep to have your order expedited since you were told 5-6 weeks.
