Conventional wisdom says that a high handicap player needs more forgiveness so a larger clubface, making the JPX range, and particularly the Hot Metals, the best choice. But a lot depends on what you feel confident with, and on what causes your handicap to be high; if you have a dealer nearby who offers swing analysis, try out a range of different heads, and don't feel limited to the initial "ah, you must need a game improvement club" suggestions.

Thanks for the information? Has anyone ever taken older clubs (woods) and have them refinished by Mizuno and if so what was the cost
I once asked about refinishing a 5 wood but I got the answer thru instagram that they don't do paintjobs in the EU and it would have to be sent to Japan which would make it economically more sensible to buy a new club. But that was a couple of years back.

I hit jpx 921 hot metal, hot metal pro and t
Forged recently. The result from that short session showed I was far better with the forged. I wasn't hitting it quite as far but that wasn't a big deal for me. I think the best thing to is get fitted.
