I was looking to replace my wedges this year so I have been considering getting an ES21 56-10 to try, however on checking the USGA and R&A websites I find these wedges are not listed. Is this an oversight on Mizuno's part? In the meantime I will look elsewhere.

Clubs can still be conforming without having been submitted for testing, which the USGA charges for. OEMs sometime don't bother if/when they don't push the envelope. AFAIK the last non conforming Mizuno wedge in fact predates the 2010 groove rule. All since have been conforming, whether on the list or not.

Over the years I have played with some very pedantic people, especially away from home, so now I don't buy any club which isn't listed.

They have finally appeared on the R&A and USGA Club Database List.
