Custom fitted iron lead time

I was just wondering what the lead time is for custom fitting to delivery at the moment?Got fitted on Tuesday at American golf wellington (Telford) for some left handed mp25s with project x 6.5 shafts. 
Typically an impaiten boy of 34 can't wait to get them in my bag on on the course. Cheers tom

Can't answer the exact lead time but I've had orders through AG Telford recently on custom fired gear from Mizuno and they have been very quick.

I play the game the right way round though so yours might take a bit longer :)

As an aside and something to bear in mind in the future Mile End Golf Club has James Davies as their pro, he's an ex Mizuno National Fit centre guy and has a great fitting studio at ME.

Enjoy the bays when they turn up and if you ever fancy a knock over Telford way then I'm at The Shropshire and Robb2 is at Lilleshall.

To be honest I'd have loved to have had a fitting over a Mile End I've played with a few people who have spoken very highly of james. I was just a bit impulsive when I saw the double money exchange for equipment at AG. 
Alway up for a round, likewise if you want to go round Oswestry

We're still on 5-7 working days from receiving the order to despatch.

With the exception of MP-H5 and JPX 900 Hot Metal - which have both been ordered more heavily than anticipated.  Waiting on new heads for both of those.

HI MPX

I'm new to the forum and find it very informing. I think a nice touch would be if you can generate a tracking number from the  custom fitting factory and the buyer can actually trace the progress - now that would be something special!

I'm also one of those impatient persons (40 + age). I don't think there is an age limit on excitement for a new set of Mizuno's :)

cassiev - possible in the future once we have our new software system in place.  Though I suspect any tracking system would be limited to our direct customer (retailer).

Just a quick question , I ordered my new JPX900's , 5iron to PW which arrived today minus the 5iron and a note , from American Golf , saying the iron had been delayed . Can you through some light on this at all ? Unfortunately the American Golf store had closed by the time I was home .

antrimred - sorry for not picking up on your question.  Yes - the info is accurate.  We're a new shipment of 900 Forged heads due on the 28th December.  We ran out of 5 irons first - so they would have shipped the rest of your order rather than make you wait.

I must say I'm really impressed as my clubs were shipped to South Africa within 7 days, unfortunately it took 7 days to clear our local customs. Keep up the good work MPX and your team and a merry Christmas to all!

Factory re-opened today from Xmas shut down.  Will know a bit more tomorrow - at the moment not sure if the heads came in or not.
