Cannot register

I just received my blue box and wanted to register, after 9 attempts I gave up, as the Mizuno website only returns folowing
error message, see picture. No idea which field is wrong., and I have a document (Production Order) with 3 numbers on it : PO No, SO No and Cust PO have tried all 3 but can't get trought.. Any help or guidance is appriciated,

Today July 11th, I gave it another try and entered the requested details on the registration page. Must be a good day today, as your site accepted my registration. Anyway, thanks for (not) letting me know.....
