Anyone Attending the Scottish Open or The Open?

Like the subject says, is anyone going to the Renaissance Club or Royal Troon? If you are, please forgive my slobbering level of envy.

I love to look up golf courses on Google Earth. Looking at Royal Troon, there appears to be more than one course in a complex, so I can't recognize which holes will be included in the tournament.

I've been awake since 3 AM. I guess I'm practicing for next week.

Didn't manage to get tickets in the ballot for the open unfortunately. But will be playing royal troon in August.

With only a few players as exceptions, so far, I'd say the golf course is winning.

I find myself really rooting for Justin Rose right now. I hope he can hold on, having to play late in the next couple days. I'm not sure I've ever seen the draw on the first two rounds have such a dramatic effect.

I'm feeling like such a sissy...

As I watched The Open yesterday, I thought to myself, I'd get my butt off the course, find some dry clothes, get some hot coffee and stay out of that weather. Then I thought to myself how much fun and what a challenge most of you guys in Europe would find in that stuff. I'm not sure which of us is crazy. ;-)
