Hi, what was the lead time on your driver? Got a fitting booked on the 1st but whilst I was happy to wait for my irons (over lockdown) want a driver pretty sharpish

I originally ordered through my retailer on the 5th Feb but on the 18th I was told the shaft would not be available until possibly June so the retailer was prepared to order a different shaft for me to try. MrK20 is having problems with his order for the ST-Z if you check his posts.

This makes it even weirder for me that apparently I would have to wait until early May at the earliest. I don't know what to think of that, it sounds off to me. How can it be sold out when I preordered. Have Mizuno underestimated demand this much again? I thought after last year they would produce a bit more from the get go.

So - looks like the driver order for first delivery was huge and wiped out the head stock that had been allocated for custom builds. Good news is that within the shop stock there are some nice options. You should find all of these in store once they are open for deliveries.

Just had confirmation clubs now built and awaiting shipping. Happy when they eventually arrive.

Cant get my head round this my order delivery date has been postponed on 3 dates only last week Mizuno told me new date of end of march and today I gwtca phonecall from my fitter my blue box is here haha

No worries - we'd all be the same. That story alone shows how unpredictable the deliveries into us are - and why we're finding it impossible to predict delivery dates. Slightly worried that we're now quoting 3 months - when a lot of orders would be well inside that. But seems like the only way to go at the moment. Enjoy the irons.

Almost 5 month / 145 days left since I ordered my iron clubs JPX 921 Hot Metal. No delivery date in view. I got the message from my golf shop, that my iron clubs are produced but Mizuno has problems with the carriers. What is going wrong ? Golf courses are open in Germany , but no new iron clubs in my bag. Yes, I am disappointed!

I have been naughty and took my new irons out in my local field I couldn't resist but overall I'm really happy, my hands stung a little to begin with but that's the buety of finding out new irons works

@MPX Afternoon, I’ve just received my new set of irons after a 11 week wait and they were worth the wait so I’ve just ordered the HMB 2 & 4 iron to complete the set. Obviously depending on stock levels is it likely I’ll be waiting another 11 weeks for those 2 individual clubs?

Still waiting on my order placed on 22nd December - HM 5 and 6 and HMP 7 to GW. According to club pro they are awaiting despatch but nothing confirmed.

You'll be quoted 90 days again - but doesn't mean you will wait that long. Just means with the patchy information available to us, you need to be prepared to. We'll review everything again in a few weeks and hope that picture starts to improve.

Yes - the phone lines are closed as the staff are all working from home. But they are all replying to retailer emails.

According to our records we are now down to just 11 custom orders across the EMEA network that are past 90 days (we will have shipped thousands over that period). If everything arrives as scheduled we will have the parts for those last ones by 17th March.

E.g. orders that were placed on the 10th of December? I ordered 13th of January so I should not expect my parts to arrive by 17th of March?

Any news on the stock driver /woods models getting to shops?
I preordered driver and 5 wood from Clubhouse both with the stock stiff motores. No sign just yet.
Would be nice to get em in time to start playing again
