Have had 64s for last 5+ years. Looking for new sticks and 66s seem the natural choice for me. Similar head that looks a tad bit more forgiving as I no longer get out there as much as I’d like to maintain my game. Wondering if there is any possible places to look other than EBAY these days. I understand it was a Japan only release and not in a rush but would really like to find a set of 66 heads. Not sure if an ISO is allowed here or where else to look?

Thanks

As these were discontinued last year you may have touble finding a set in good condition. You could try asking on Golfwrx in the "Japanese and non-US " forum to see if anyone imported a set they might want to part with.

There is always the Japanese Rakuten site, ebay type, but you will have to pay international delivey charges. The ones I have seen are not in good condition.

Genuinely - from a golfing sense don't. The JPX921 Tour or MP20MMC is superior in every way. You'll see that Japan are now beginning to gravitate strongly back to global models and away from domestic product. One of the reasons is that tour players have unanimously picked the western models.

Thanks for the reply. Mp20 Mmc is high up on my interest list but really only going on looks here on the 66, given it looks similar to what I’ve been playing for a while now and hearing that it’s a substantial improvement from the 64s. I felt like it was a good lazy buy as I have no pressing need for sticks. I guess I will have to look closer at the mmc’s now tho.

I’ve heard all sorts of rumors why 66 was never a global release, any opinion on that?

Also curious of some of the other reasons you think you are seeing this trend in Japan. For me, its hard to know what to believe regarding guys on the tour as I feel like I assume no ones playing anything off the rack anyways.

Thanks!
