I don't agree with spikes being outdated and unsupported in the market. It really depends on the conditions. I had to switch to spiked shoes because my new home course is much wetter / softer than my prior course that I was sliding on the grass in my spikeless shoes. The more slippery the course and the more leg drive to your swing, the more likely it is you'll find spiked shoes better than spikeless. The dryer the conditions and the less you rely on drive from your legs, the more likely you'll see no difference. There's a place in the market for both spiked and spikeless shoes.

I would wear them. Actually I was looking for a light summer shoe, no need for waterproof here in Italy, and saw this shoe on the Mizuno website, and love them (all colours!). I have a pair of Wave running shoes, and will use them for my round tomorrow. If Mizuno offers them in Europe I will buy a pair or two. I would be interested in the Genem, too....

I would definitely buy these if they came in my size and if I could get them out here in the colonies.

The lime green color started to catch on in popularity about three years ago. Initially, I didn't care for it, but it's really grown on me and nowI have a couple lime shirts the shoes would coordinate with to make me look smarter than I really am.

I have a few pairs of sneaker style golf shoes and they are comfortable, but honestly, I still prefer the look of a more classic shoe. The Mizuno shoes in the black/blue or blue/white that were posted about a year ago would be more my style.
I've had a good day if I didn't fall out of the cart...

I'd definitely be interested, debending on the colours of course. The lime might suit cycling, jogging and gym but maybe not golf course.

I'm not interested in spikeless shoes because for most of the summer (never mind autumn) they don't provide enough grip for the wet conditions. I don't want to be slipping and sliding when hitting golf shots or walking up or down a hill.

I did try the new Mizuno shoes because they are Mizuno but they didn't fit me.

Too bright and cheery for my personality, although I do like the combination of soft fabric and spikes.
