I really like the look of that putter. I have an Odyssey #9, but yours looks like the flange is even deeper and I'd like that.

I'm still using my old Mizuno Axis putter, but I did pick up a Taylormade Spyder cheap the other day. It's a 2 year old model, white and has the sight lines on top. For some reason I can't imagine, the new model like Dustin Johnson and Jason Day use doesn't have any sight lines at all. Maybe they can manage that, but I can't imagine an average amateur using it effectively.

Do people seem to agree the 900 driver is a great improvement over the 850?

Without the gory details of my Taylormade experiments, today I have my Mizunos back in the bag. (850 woods and 3 hybrid, 825 irons) I never really tried much in the way of adjustments on the 850 driver, but I'm starting to mess with it. The SLDR driver I have makes dramatic differences when the little weight is moved and I'm not finding a happy balance in its adjustment. I hope for better from the 850.

I haven't embraced adjustment as much as I probably should. Maybe it's time.

Big Improvement IMO, taken the best bits of 850 & EZ and rolled them into one.

I saw someone mention on Facebook that in the US the EZ has been discontinued already, don't know if it's true but I could understand it as no-one in their right mind would buy a new EZ over the 900 unless the price was ridiculously cheap.

That's true... Some stores still have inventory of the EZ, but if you look at the U.S. side of the Mizuno website, the only woods and hybrids offered are the 900 series.

Unless they come up with something new down the road when the 950 series is offered, (or whatever number it becomes), it looks like Mizuno will be a one trick pony in the woods/hybrid department.

Pictures later, when it arrives, but last night I won an auction on ebay for a 900 driver, regular flex, standard everything else. It might arrive before the end of the week considering it's coming from North Carolina.

Just took in a new driver and 3 wood. Although there is nothing wrong with the outgoing pair, I couldn't resist the bargain of a brand new Titleist 915 D3 driver and 915 Fd 3 wood for £300

Wow! Congrats!!!   By my calculation, that's only $385 U.S. and that would be a great price for 2 matching clubs as recent as the 915 series.

A 2016 EZ driver with an x-stiff Orochi shaft had showed up at our club's pro shop. Its feel didn't convince me yet though. It just wasn't up to the 650 and the ball flight seemed very similar, the only difference was the 650 was fading and the Ez was going left (it was set for neutral). I can only assume the stock Orochi shaft isn't an heir to the Red Eye of the 650s.

I'll be giving it another chance though..

Having used my old 2 ball putter since last summer with a mid slim 3 grip on it, I decided it was time to bring the Mizuno Bettinardi BC 3 back into use. A mid slim 2 counterclaim grip was duly fitted in a big to get this back into use. The large grips have been great for me. They stop me from trying to grip a normal sized grip too tightly. Gripping too tightly has an adverse effect on my grip and putting stroke. The new mid slim2 is a nice fit for my hands, gives me a good grip and the extra weight located in the button certainly gives the  lub a nice balance and good feel.

So, the bag has an all Mizuno look again, just need to get some practice in with the new  setup.
