Boys reporting this as the popular request of the week.  Normal at The Open as fairway woods get ditched for long irons.

Poor Luke Donald. 2 days of listening to Montgomerie, starting at 06.35 on Thursday. Keep those earplugs in!

Those are very chunky soles but I suppose they help with the ball flight as the weight is quite low down.

Bit of rain wouldn't hurt our TV coverage.   Did quite well out of Magnus A Carlsson and Luke at last weeks Scottish Open.

Luke is carrying some new wedges this week.  First Mizuno player to put the T7's in the bag.

Is that just an optical illusion or is the right hand wedge really that long from heel to toe?

What happened to the "S" nomenclature ? Are we getting T7's in Satin finish or will they be T6's or has the T6 been omitted?

There's no T6 coming......maybe an unlucky number in Japan?

S5s came out last year and will most certainly continue, these are replacing the T5, T6 seems to have been skipped.

The face with two colours does seem slightly odd though.

We want more! :D

Not Luke's actual wedges........we're hunting him down.  But here's the new T7.

You do realise were now going to get all the whiners complaining about lack of feel because they have boron added to the steel.
