I believe the JPX 850 driver and the JPX EZ adjustable driver (silver and blue) were out at about the same time i.e. 2016. Looking at some of the reviews done at the time, it would seem that the standard lofts were 9.5 for the 850 and 10.5 for the EZ. This would also mean that the correct stock shaft tips would show 7.5-11.5 for the 850 and 8.5 to 12.5 for the EZ. Is this correct?
The reason I ask is that many shafts were swapped back and forth at the time and I'm wondering that if I have a shaft with tip showing 7.5-11.5 in my EZ, (irrespective of flex), if it's set to 9.5 at the shaft tip, is it really at 10.5 ? does that make sense? Also was the standard loft for the JPX 900 driver also 9.5? On the ST 190, it actually displays the standard loft but no model before this.
