Southern Forum Event registration is now open!

Due to timing and availability I have gone for the 25-26th June weekend. I appreciate that not everyone can make this, so I am also working on a second event for September, however nothing is booked yet so if you want to come along please do try to make this event.

Any questions post here, but all registration and deposit paying should be done through the site. 

Registration closes on 11th March as I have to finalise details by then.

I won`t commit to anything yet as I am not working and still looking for a job, ....

Chris,  If i was coming over I would be accompanied by my wife, So I know the cost for 2 nights and golf is £280,
 but what would the cost be for a non-golfer for 2 nights,  if the prices are for room sharing , I would swap it for a double room ,,

After looking at the amazing booking website I am very disappointed I can't make these dates in June - Looks like Chris is going to put on a hell of a show! - If the event in September comes off I'd be interested, if the dates work out?

Still working on a September date, my first choice was prohibitively expensive.

I may look into a single day event if a weekend can't be done.

I did some asking, the cost for non playing for Saturday night (dinner, b&b) would be £105, so unfortunately it takes it to a pretty steep £455 for 2 of you for 2 nights. That's £150 for the Friday, £200 for you for Saturday and £105 for your wife.

I appreciate that's a lot of cash for a weekend, so will see if I can get a better deal, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do anything, it's a fairly small hotel so the rooms are pretty expensive. I know the area though so will see if there is a better option for the Friday night.

A few more sign ups over the weekend, but lots more spaces available

Looks like the northern contingent are too scared to venture down south to decent weather and meals without gravy to take on us "soft" southerners...

Chris is clearly a talented Web designer and natural organiser. Come North Chris because I'll not be involved in the 2017 event planning due to my new irons.

Appreciate the comments gents, to be honest I think it's like anything in life, if you know what you're doing then it's not too tricky.

It's quite a good way of deflecting attention from my poor golf!

Im a no Chris, too close to the Northern date for me to get approval from OIC Household unfortunately.
