A few of us from another forum have booked to play Scotscraig on Sunday Feb 20th.

We have some spare places so would anyone care to join us? Green fee is £30 which includes a bowl of soup and a filled roll. No fairway mats or winter greens!

Cheers Simon! A Sunday isn't a great day for me I'm afraid, but thanks for asking...

It's better than good.

Given that we played it in late Feb and the weather that we had had over the winter, I was very surprised just how good the conditions were. A few of the fairways at the southern end were a little wet bit the rest were dry and running well. The condition of all the greens were good.

Some of the holes are very tricky, the 4th comes to mind - long par 4 with a long second shot to a small saucer shaped green set about 15 ft above its surroundings. Everyone blobbed on this hole!
