I am looking to move from my Callaway x18's to the MP 52's, due to my handicap coming down and I am looking for a more "players" mid to low handicap set of irons.
Will there be any advantage to have the project shaft in place of the DG?
I hit a lower ball flight due to playing links golf on the coast.

It's hard to say that the Projectx shaft will work better for you then the DG shaft without seeing you hit a shot. Both shafts are very simular in weight, we tend to find that the DG shaft helps keep the ball flight down.

My best advice would be to try the Projectx shaft out on the range, or go to a Mizuno fitting centre to be fitted.

Hope this helps.
