just been fitted today for some new hot metal. 5-pw with the gap wedge and sand wedge.....so excited!!! these will replace my jpx 825 which I will be still keeping as they are immaculate but I cant get over how good the hot metals feel. many thanks to the great fitting experience by dan at Carlisle golf and the many options that were laid out to me. many people advised me to try a different brand instead of mizuno but as ive been playing mizuno for the last 20 yrs that option never entered my head.(currently now on my 7th set)...mizuno till I die!!!!

am just a bit worried about the shaft choice. gone from regular to semi stiff (nippon pro 1150 to project x lz 5.5) but the stats say that's the way to go

got the new bats today and what a lovely looking club they are too. haven't played them yet(back issues...ouch!) but the new grips(also regripped the woods) feel like I am holding a bagette in my hands at the moment....seem a lot thicker than my jpx 825 and they have the same grip(mcc4 in blue)..but looking forward to seeing some birdies and possible eagles with them
