I never heard of him until this week. He sure held it together under pressure...

What's In Keith Mitchell's Bag
Hi Dennis,

He sure did he played really well under pressure think we might be hearing a lot more from him in the future,

was also good to see so many other Mizuno players right up there and in contention,

Glad it was noticed.

Keith was the first player to put the ST190 driver into play. So seems fair that he's first to win with it. Wonder if that will remove some of the Mizuno driver baggage that stops some people testing them?

saw a good video of him testing the Driver, seems to know what he wants and likes from a club. Good win this early in the year, eases the pressure on him and he can go out and play as he wants now.

This video & his profile are both in the Tour Players section of the Mizuno main website (UK version) - Interesting in the driver video he made a very strong case for the driver colour (black not blue) saying that the look is a huge factor in settling for a driver even before you check out the performance - Lots of other Mizuno players in the mix at the Honda - Vegas / Schenk / Glover to name but three! (& Brooks K of course)

Driving with 71% accuracy & 314 yard average certainly helps.

Boys in US have been talking Keith up for a couple of years. We've got a pretty average video of Keith playing golf with Voshall - deciding if its good enough to release (probably isn't). Comes across pretty laid back but confident. He's got a very steady way of getting the ball in play with the driver - with some really good yardage.
