Just returned from a four day trip at the Dunhill Championship played over the three courses of Carnoustie, Kingsbarns and the Old course at St Andrews congratulations to Tyrrell Hatton on his first ever European tour win with a final score of -23 under par,
We had a most enjoyable trip with good weather and witnessed some fantastic golf played over three excellent golf courses one of the Highlights has to be Thomas Pieters drive at the par four 7th hole at Carnoustie when he drove the green with a drive of 407 yards,
One other notable thing was the number of golf pros who were sporting various sponsors names on their golf bags such as Titleist, Srixon etc. but were actually playing with various Mizuno iron models MP4 MP5s being about the most popular that I saw,
Mizuno sponsored player Magnus Carlsson was there playing MP5 irons and the new JPX900 driver as far as I could tell,
