Toth average club golfer it should not bea massive deal. I think most people get too het up over handicaps.
i know england golf /CONGU are trying to bring everyone in line but you'll always get bandits and you'll always get guys claiming to be plus golfers not breaking 80. CONGU actually believe low handicappers win everything!
